Scott Hoffman, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Scott Hoffman is a Podiatric Surgeon with offices in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Avon. He is Board-certified in Foot Surgery and in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is trained both medically and surgically in all aspects of foot & ankle care and routinely treats patients with heel pain, painful flat feet, bunion deformity, foot & ankle arthritis, fractures of the foot & ankle, Achilles tendonitis, ankle sprain, and sports-related injuries.

Dr. Hoffman graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in finance. He attended medical school at Des Moines University where he graduated as salutatorian of his class. He then completed a three-year surgical residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Hoffman concluded his training by completing a 12-month Foot & Ankle Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship under the direction of American Health Network in Indianapolis, recognized by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.
Personally, Dr. Hoffman enjoys spending any free time with his family. As the parents of three adventurous young boys, he and his wife (who is also a foot & ankle surgeon) are frequent visitors at the Indianapolis Zoo, the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and numerous local parks & playgrounds. They relish any opportunity to escape into the outdoors for a weekend getaway, casual drive through the countryside, or a simple trip to the backyard. Dr. Hoffman is an avid college basketball fan and will always bleed the orange & blue of his beloved Fighting Illini. He also proudly supports the Indianapolis Colts!
Dr. Hoffman is a highly motivated individual and continually pushes himself to learn and achieve as much as possible on a daily basis. He has concentrated his professional interest on primary and revisional reconstructive surgery of the foot & ankle, regenerative medicine, ankle arthroscopy, bunion & hammertoe surgery, flatfoot reconstruction, foot & ankle fusion procedures, the surgical treatment of arthritis, ankle ligament reconstruction, and total ankle replacement surgery. He also enjoys treating pediatric patients.
Dr. Hoffman is confident that the training he has acquired has equipped him with the skills necessary to prosper when facing the challenges his career presents on a daily basis.
