Zachery Weyandt, DPM

I’m a Pennsylvania native, born and raised in the suburbs of Altoona. I attended the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown where I was a member of the track and field team and developed a strong interest in medicine, that led to the profession of podiatry. I pursued a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in NYC. Following my time in the Big Apple, I went on to complete my residency at the University of Louisville. I gained extensive training and exposure in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery at a level-one trauma center. While at the University, I was active in research, publishing multiple peer reviewed articles and I continue to be active in podiatric academia.

Following ...

my residency, I returned to the state of Pennsylvania to complete an intensive one-year foot and ankle surgical fellowship in Lancaster, Pennsylvania recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. My love for the city of Louisville prompted my return and I now take great pride treating the needs of our community. Here, I am active in training residents at the Norton Podiatric Residency Program. I offer both conservative and surgical treatments and look forward to working together to get you back on your feet.

I’m a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon who is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. I’m board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Also, I’m a proud member of the American Limb Preservation Society, providing care for diabetic limb salvage and preservation. In my spare time, I enjoy mountain biking and exploring the Louisville food scene.
